OBORO <Lord of the Lies>
A voracious appetite for “evil”-----
Somegoro ICHIKAWA, a kabuki actor who appeared in the Ver. BLUE, played the lead. What he challenged was “ultimate evil”. A story of a man’s glory and demise, which become a king with layers of lies and betrayals. The forest of Oboro is realized on stage with downpour and even mystical falls, whose magnificence takes the audience aback.

Demise is promised when the forest whispers-----
A mystical forest where ancient Gods reside.
A man rises from a mountain of dead bodies whose name is Rai.
His beast-like glaring eyes prove his determination to rise to the top by whatever it takes. His best weapon is his tongue that can weave any kinds of lies.
All of a sudden, the evil spirits “OBORO” emerge from the forest in front of him. They promise him the throne in exchange for his life.
RAI heads for the city with the two gifts, the prophecy and a sword that can move as slick as his lying tongue.
Where does the insatiable ambition end up?
What will Rai see the bloodstained dream is realized?
